Hello! I’m Siri

Educator, therapist and integrative guide, bringing together science, nature, embodiment and lived experience.

I’m so glad you’re here. If you’re feeling uncertain, stressed or overwhelmed, and looking for support, you’re welcome here.

Recognising that something feels difficult can be the first step towards finding a way forward. Wherever you are on your journey, I’m here to walk alongside you, with curiosity, steadiness and care.

THE JOURNEY HERE

My career began in education: years of guiding others to learn, question, and grow. The path evolved with a deepening into yoga and mindfulness, and then the meeting place between: healing for the body, mind, and spirit.

Further study in somatic psychotherapy and psychedelic facilitation added substantial depth to my work. It became less about doing and more about being and becoming who you are while you do the work.

Over time, exploration and experience shaped a way of working that is embodied, imaginative, integrative and rooted in my connection with nature. My focus is on wholeness: helping people restore balance when uncertainty and complexity pulls them apart.

My most recent venture was launching the Swanage Psychedelic Society (SPS) with friend and colleague Professor Jo Neill - we meet monthly to join others in conversation and to share knowledge about the fascinating world of psychedelics with a focus on:

EDUCATION - CONNECTION - HARM REDUCTION.

I live in a slow seaside town in Dorset with my sweet dog, Lyra. I see local clients in person, remote clients online and by telephone and in between you will find me roaming without a map, deeply rooted, curious and embodied.

WHAT GUIDES ME

I believe the body is wise, nature is a teacher, and healing happens when we slow down enough to listen. Every person holds the wisdom they need to heal; my role is to walk alongside them to help them remember.

My approach combines psycho-therapeutic tools, somatic tracking, mind and body awareness, breath and movement practice and psycho-education, to create spaces where change becomes safe, steady and sustainable.

Healing doesn’t happen in a straight line: it’s individual, mysterious and organic. I work collaboratively with clients, moving at a pace led by them. I bring deep listening and active hope to the therapeutic container and trust that where we land each week is a stepping stone on the path to healing.

My compassion for others and curiosity for life inspires me to keep learning, maintain ongoing professional supervision, and remain resourced by mindfulness, movement and nature.

MY TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

My core training is in somatic psychotherapy, and I am a registered member of the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists (NCIP).

In addition to that, I am trained in Taking Therapy Outdoors (TTO) and Internal Family Systems informed work. This supports my work by integrating nature and parts into my core offering of psyche and soma, creating a rich, holistic, systemic and integrative approach.

I hold professional insurance with Holistic Insurance, an Enhanced DBS, and have completed training in Safeguarding Level 3, Cyber Security, Data Protection, and work in accordance with the NCIP Ethical Framework and GDPR requirements.

Over the last three decades, I've worked across education, wellness, yoga and therapeutic facilitation, supporting individuals, immersive groups and training practitioners. My certification includes:

❋ A variety of yoga certifications for all ages, needs and abilities

❋ Somatic Psychotherapy - Level 5 - The Minded Institute

❋ Foundations to Attachment training - Craig Barrett and Simon Eagle

❋ Trauma Informed Somatic Plant Medicine Integration and Facilitation - Atira Tan

❋ Microdose Mentorship

❋ Outdoor Therapy - Take Therapy Outdoors

MY APPROACH TO HEALING

Healing is not linear, it’s layered, complex, and deeply personal.

We live within a body (soma) that holds and expresses many dimensions of our experience: our thoughts, emotions, and behaviours (psyche); the different parts of our internal world; the rhythms of breath and subtle energy; our unique personal blueprint and an innate wisdom that resides within us.

As human beings, we are wired for connection and long to belong. Lasting wellness emerges when we cultivate a healthy relationship with ourselves, our bodies, each other and the living field we inhabit.

Through somatic psychotherapy, we gently unravel patterns of conditioning, reconnect with what has been forgotten or lost, and remember who we truly are. In doing so, we rediscover connection with ourselves, our relationships, and the wider world.
